Suzanne has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services across transfer agency, platforms, and pensions servicing. Over the course of her career, she has successfully built and led teams in operations and digital product management for both existing and new lines of business. As a passionate customer advocate, she strives to provide real value and convenience for investors by understanding and synthesising their specific needs into the design of ZILO’s digital and data products.
